正确认识和把握统一战线中的政治自由

摘 要：政治自由作为统一战线成员政治活动的权利与义务，具有特定的活动内容和范围，反映了统一战线的基本政治原则和政治包容性。政治自由主要是由国家宪法、统一战线的政治基础和中国人民政治协商会议章程等来规范的，其边界不可逾越。因此，我们要全面认识政治自由的内涵，坚持权利与义务的统一；准确把握政治自由的特点，坚持遵守共同的政治准则；科学划分政治自由的不同层次和范围，坚持发挥政治自由的积极作用；按照“团结—批评—团结”的方针，坚持和而不同、体谅包容的原则。

Properly Understand and Deal with the Political Freedom in the United Front

Abstract:   Being the rights and obligations of the United Front members in their political activities, political freedom has its designated content and scope, and reflects the basic principles and the political tolerance of the United Front.  The political freedom is defined by the State Constitution, the political base of the United Front and the Charter of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the bounds of which cannot be overstepped.  Therefore, we need to understand political freedom in a comprehensive way and integrate the rights and obligations; to grasp the features of political freedom and follow the common political norms; to scientifically differentiate the levels and scopes of political freedom and give full play to its positive roles; to adhere to the principle of "harmony in diversity, and being understanding and tolerant" in accordance with the guidelines of "unitycriticismunity".
