About Political Participation in the Theory of Political Development
——On Ways of the Developmont of Orderly Political Participation by Citizens in China

Abstract:   The development of orderly political participation by citizens is an important part of the current reform in political systems in China.  The political participation theory provides theoretical basis for the development of orderly political participation by citizens, and the experience and lessons of political participation in other countries provides reference for our practice.
