“法理台独”与台湾政党政治的新发展

摘 要：在台湾民主化过程中，国民党逐步演变成为一个体制内的适应性政党，而民进党在“台独”的驱使下则逐步趋向于一个破坏体制的“革命”政党，一个“建国”政党。“台独”路线导致民进党政策严重失误。“法理台独”是民进党在执政前景越来越暗淡的情境下的铤而走险，也是民进党巩固“台独”成果、巩固分裂的、对抗性的社会结构以至巩固其自身存在的合理性基础的选择。在可见的将来，民进党“法理台独”的操作很可能成为塑造台湾两党政治的重要因素之一。

De Jure Taiwan Independence and New Development of Party Politics in Taiwan

Abstract:   In the process of Taiwan's democratization, Kuomintang has gradually developed into an adaptive party in the system, while the Democratic Progressive Party inclines to become a "revolutionary" party due to its Taiwan Independence policy.  Taiwan Independence led to serious policy mistakes of the Democratic Progressive Party.  De Jure Taiwan Independence is a reckless move by the DDP when they see no bright future for their ruling position, as well as a choice for the DDP to consolidate their achievements in Taiwan Independence, to stabilize the antagonistic social structure, and to prove the rationality of their existence.  In the future, the DDP's operation of De Jure Taiwan Independence will probably become one of the important factors for establishing the two-party system in Taiwan.
