外国执政党的执政经验对我国构建和谐社会的启示

摘 要：和谐社会不是一个没有矛盾、没有利益冲突的社会。执政党处理和化解社会矛盾的能力大小，直接体现了其执政水平的高低。认真研究外国执政党的执政经验与教训，对我国构建和谐社会有着重要的启示。我们党在构建和谐社会中，一是要不断发展经济，提高人民群众的生活水平；二是要发展民主政治，加强对权力的制约和监督；三是要畅通利益表达渠道，保证人民群众的利益诉求能够得到充分表达；四是要加强党的自身建设，使中国共产党永远保持无限的生机与活力。

Inspiration of the Experience of Foreign Ruling Parties to China's Harmonious Society Construction

Abstract:   Harmonious society does not mean there is no contradiction or conflict of interests at all.  The ruling party's ability to deal with and resolve social conflicts reflects its level of ruling.  Studying carefully the experience and lessons of foreign ruling parties is important for us to construct a harmonious society.  While constructing the harmonious society, our party needs to continuously focus on economic growth and improve people's living standard; to develop democratic politics and strengthen power restriction and supervision; to build up an unblocked channel for interest expression and ensure people can fully express their needs for interests; and to enhance the party's self-construction and make the party full of vitality forever.
