新农村建设中的“输血”模式研究

摘要：新农村建设中的“输血”模式具有政府推动主导总揽、农民参与有限却持欢迎态度、建设成效短期显著和实施范围重点选择等特点。尽管这种建设方式存在着诸多弊端和缺陷，但是，在新农村建设中却有着积极的作用。在今后的实践探索中，我们应对其不断改造和优化，进而推动新农村建设的可持续发展。

Study on the "BloodTransfusion" Mode in Construction of New Countryside

Abstract: The "blood-transfusion" mode in construction of new countryside is driven by the government; the farmers participate in a limited way but they welcome this mode; the short-term effectiveness of construction is distinctive; and the implementation is within selective range.  Although there are many disadvantages and defects in this mode, it plays positive role in the construction of new countryside.  In our future practice and exploration, we need to constantly improve this mode, thus promoting the continuous development of new countryside construction.
