政党关系和谐是我国政党制度的本质属性

摘   要：不同国家实行的不同政党制度决定了政党关系的不同性质和特点。中国共产党与各民主党派政治方向的一致性，为我国政党关系和谐奠定了坚实基础；根本利益的共同性，为我国政党关系和谐提供了不竭动力；党际关系的平等性，为我国政党关系和谐创造了必要前提；基本理念的合理性，为我国政党关系和谐确立了实践原则，从而使和谐成为我国政党制度的本质属性和内在要求。

Essence of China’s Political Party System: Harmonious Relations between the Political Parties

Abstract:   Different political party systems implemented in different countries decide the nature and characteristics of the relations between political parties.  The identical political direction of the CPC and the democratic parties is the solid foundation for harmonious relations between China’s political parties.  The common interests provide inexhaustible dynamic, the equality of inter-party relations is the prerequisite, while the rationality of basic concepts establishes the practical guidelines for such harmonious relations.  Therefore, harmony becomes the essence and inherent need of China’s political party system.
